About TypeHero

Travel marketing expertise, built into software

TypeHero exists because travel businesses are judged in places they cannot control: search engines, AI answer engines, social feeds, and distribution channels. We combine travel marketing, travel content creation, and years of building SaaS AI companies into one platform that makes travel businesses visible in all of them.

Our Leadership

The people behind the platform

Travel research, hospitality writing, and software leadership, brought together so the product understands the industry it serves.

SaaS Leadership

Raza Hasan

Raza has spent close to two decades leading software and technology organizations, including seventeen years as President and CEO of TimeSolv Corporation, where he grew the business to profitable annual growth and a successful exit. He is an investor and mentor at SOSV, working with startups through Chinaccelerator and MOX. He holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Marketing from the UMN Carlson School of Management, and a Masters in Electrical Engineering and a BS in Aerospace Engineering with honors from Iowa State University. A traveler in more than 35 countries, he built TypeHero to give travel businesses the kind of compounding marketing advantage software companies have had for years.

Tourism Research

Santiago Rodríguez

Santiago holds a PhD in Tourism from KU Leuven and has spent over twenty years helping tourism businesses, destinations, governments, and universities across four continents turn tourism into measurable growth. He leads research at Herrmann Global, an agency serving more than 130 destinations, and has built four tourism intelligence tools covering media, search, booking, and visitation. He authored the International Tourism Market Access Program for DMOs, co-authored two UNESCO declaratories, and has published eight peer-reviewed articles in tourism. His research shapes the travel intelligence that sits underneath every piece of content TypeHero produces.

Hospitality Writing

Sarah Marian Willis

Sarah has been writing professionally since 2004 and audits guest communications for independent hotels, lodges, safari camps, guesthouses, and small resorts. Her work focuses on the booking journey: finding where properties quietly lose revenue, fixing the friction guests hit before they book, and writing copy that answers questions before they are asked. She holds a BA in Creative Writing from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Higher National Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management from the University of Gloucestershire. That hospitality ear is why content from TypeHero reads like a person who has worked in the industry wrote it.

What we do

Visibility, wherever travelers look

Travelers no longer start in one place. They ask a search engine, then an AI assistant, then a friend on social, then a booking channel. TypeHero builds a private Business Brain for your business and turns it into content that shows up across all of them.

Your own website

Travel marketing

Direct bookings, OTA dependence, seasonality, and the search behaviour specific to travel. Not general marketing theory applied to hotels after the fact.

Travel content creation

Destination guides, property pages, guest communications, and campaign content that sound like the business wrote them, because they are built from its own knowledge.

AI software, built to last

Years of building and scaling SaaS products, applied to a platform that gets more useful the longer a travel business uses it.
